Robert Jacobs

F. Robert Jacobs is Professor Emeritus of Operations and Decision Technologies at Indiana University. He received a BS in industrial engineering as well as computer and information science, an MBA, and a PhD in operations management all from The Ohio State University.

Gerard Cachon

Professor Cachon is the Fred R. Sullivan Professor of Operations, Information, and Decisons at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he teaches a variety of undergraduate, MBA, executive, and PhD courses in operations management. His research focuses on operations strategy, and in particular, on how operations are used to gain competitive advantage.

Christian Terwiesch

Professor Terwiesch is the Andrew M. Heller Professor of Opertions, Information, and Decisions at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Leonard Davis Institute for Health Economics, a Co-Director of the Mack Institute of Innovation Management, and holds a faculty appointment in Penn’s Perelman School of Medicine

Steven Melnyk

Steven A. Melnyk is Professor of Operations Management at Michigan State University. Dr. Melnyk obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Windsor and his doctorate from the Ivey School of Business, the University of Western Ontario.
