From Data to Impact:
A Whole-School Approach to Addressing Literacy Gaps

Tuesday, 27 October 2026
4pm Perth | 7pm Sydney | 8pm Auckland

For literacy leaders, school leaders and educators working with upper primary and secondary students.

Whether you’re reviewing assessment results or working with other school literacy data, identifying the students at risk is only the beginning. The challenge is knowing what to do next.

How do you identify students who need additional support, decide what that support should look like and build an approach that works across the whole school?

In this live webinar, Kathy Bushby will be joined by literacy experts Claire Scott, founder of TESTS (Training Enhancements for Schools, Teachers and Students), and Jordan O’Sullivan, Director of Shaping Minds Australia, to share practical strategies for moving from literacy data to meaningful action.

Drawing on their leadership and mentoring experience working with schools, they’ll show how schools can build effective and sustainable approaches to literacy improvement, from identifying students at risk and structuring intervention to building staff capability and translating evidence into classroom practice.

In this webinar you'll learn:
