Tuesday, April 29th 2025, 1 PM London / 4 PM Dubai / 8 PM Singapore / 10 PM Sydney

Classroom management isn’t just about setting rules—it’s about understanding the reasons behind student behaviors. When we shift from enforcing discipline to meeting students’ needs, we create an environment where both learning and behavior improve.

But what do we mean by "needs"?
Students’ behavior is often a response to their unmet academic, social, or emotional needs—whether it’s struggling with a lesson, feeling disconnected, or needing emotional support. By recognizing these needs, we can shift from reactive discipline to proactive support, fostering a positive and engaging classroom.
