Sahar Kilani is an Academic Consultant and K–12 Curriculum Specialist with over 18 years of experience in education, spanning diverse roles across international school settings and global education organizations. She works with McGraw Hill Education, supporting schools and educators in the effective implementation of high-quality instructional programs aligned to IB PYP/MYP, Common Core, NGSS, and national curricula. Her expertise includes curriculum design and alignment, inquiry-based learning, differentiation, assessment literacy, and personalized and adaptive learning.

Throughout her career, Sahar has served in multiple capacities; including teaching, academic leadership, curriculum development, and professional development; giving her a deep, practical understanding of classroom realities and system-level improvement. She is known for translating educational research into actionable, classroom-ready strategies that empower teachers and school leaders, and for her collaborative, detail-oriented approach to building engaging, student-centered learning environments that drive sustained academic excellence.

Ahmad Alchehouri is a father of 3, Head of Academic Unit at McGraw Hill, started at McGraw Hill EMEA since 2017, hold a MA in educational technology with over 27 years for experience in the education field as a teacher, lecturer, curriculum design, and content author.

Nisreen Fatayerji, McGraw Hill's ELA Curriculum Specialist, is a Bachelor's degree holder in English Language and Literature, who has a remarkable 23-year tenure in the educational sector, marking a career characterized by dedication and expertise. With eight years as an English Teacher at the United Nations, Nisreen seamlessly transitioned into leadership roles, serving as an English Coordinator, Instructional Coach and Head of English. In these positions, she demonstrated organizational acumen, shaping academic programs with precision and dedication.

Her commitment to educational excellence extends beyond the classroom, as evidenced by certifications in inspection and quality assurance. These certifications, coupled with her engagement in Advanced Placement (AP) training from the College Board, underscore Nisreen's dedication to elevating educational standards and ensuring students receive a rigorous, college-level experience. Through her dynamic 23-year journey in education, Nisreen Fatayerji exemplifies a holistic approach, blending leadership, instructional prowess, and a steadfast commitment to ongoing professional development.

Nicolle Miller joined McGraw-Hill in 2010 after 13 years in elementary education, including teaching in New York and Arizona and serving as an instructional coach for school turnaround efforts. Her expertise spans K–12 mentoring, professional development, data-driven instruction, lesson modeling, intervention, and literacy across reading, writing, speaking, and listening. She holds degrees from Creighton University and SUNY Brockport.

As a Senior National Literacy Specialist, Nicolle mentors curriculum specialists and leads professional learning for major district initiatives as well as partners across Latin America and the Middle East. She also trains regional managers and sales teams on product messaging aligned to the Science of Reading and contributes to videos, blogs, and internal training resources.
