Currently serving as Vice President of Professional Services, DJ specializes in strategic sales planning, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the tools, training, and confidence to excel. 

Throughout his career, DJ has led national curriculum and consultant teams, recruited and coached top talent, and designed high-stakes sales presentations for some of the largest districts in the country. His approach emphasizes creating safe, innovative spaces for teams to share ideas, develop new skills, and strengthen client relationships. 

A skilled communicator and public speaker, DJ bridges the gap between sales, product development, marketing, and international divisions, influencing product direction and shaping training initiatives. His background spans K–12 education leadership, higher education instruction in biology, and professional development in science, health, and educational technology. 

DJ holds advanced degrees in biology and theology, as well as graduate studies in school administration, reflecting a career-long commitment to learning and leadership.

Nicolle Miller joined McGraw-Hill in 2010 after 13 years in elementary education, including teaching in New York and Arizona and serving as an instructional coach for school turnaround efforts. Her expertise spans K–12 mentoring, professional development, data-driven instruction, lesson modeling, intervention, and literacy across reading, writing, speaking, and listening. She holds degrees from Creighton University and SUNY Brockport.


As a Senior National Literacy Specialist, Nicolle mentors curriculum specialists and leads professional learning for major district initiatives as well as partners across Latin America and the Middle East. She also trains regional managers and sales teams on product messaging aligned to the Science of Reading and contributes to videos, blogs, and internal training resources.
