You’re only one person, but each student in every class is unique. That’s why Reveal Math® is designed with the flexibility that you need to reach all learners, starting with two ways to teach every lesson based on the level of support and scaffolding each class requires. Later in the lesson, you can use Exit Tickets to assess the differentiation needs of all your students, which you can use to:
- Offer individualized or small-group instruction to students who may need additional support to master critical concepts within the current lesson using the Reinforce Understanding activity or Game Station activities.
- Provide on-level and advanced students with an appropriate level of challenge with Web Sketchpad Exploration and Application Station activities, which will allow learners to explore concepts within an open-ended environment.
- Assign digital practice, including three-part, gradual release Take Another Look mini-lessons and Spiral Review activities to reinforce understanding before starting a new unit in order to remediate any misconceptions or address any unfinished learning.
- Support every student with independent practice opportunities based on their unique needs with practice sheets that reinforce concepts, further build proficiency, and extend student thinking.
