Nurture Overview

The Pre-Evaluation Wonders nurture takes prospects through a journey of seeing course content, to learning about the benefits and features, then enabling them to reach out or request a trial. As with other Pre-Evaluation Nurtures messaging is based on the lead's behavior as well as their interest area.

Target
Cold prospects that have behaviorally indicated an interest in the product through engagement with marketing campaign content and product web page vists. This nurture content is suitable for individuals that are not yet evaluating/sampling/piloting the product and leads/contacts at closed districts and accounts that have purchased the product are being automatically excluded from the nurture.

Goal
Exhibiting purchasing behaviors will result in an MQL, which is considered success. Purchasing behavior for this campaign is defined as requesting contact from Sales.


Success Action
An SFDC task is sent indicating an MQL.
