Nurture Overview

The Music Studio Pre-Evaluation nurture is designed to further develop inbound leads that have behaviorally indicated an interest in the product until they are deemed ready for Sales with a multi-touch storied approach that is aligned with the stages of the buyer's journey.

Target
Cold prospects grades Prek-8 with an interest of music that have behaviorally indicated an interest in the product through engagement with marketing campaign content and product web page vists. Leads/contacts at closed districts and accounts that have purchased the product are being excluded from the nurture.


Goal
Exhibiting purchasing behaviors will result in an MQL, which is considered success. Purchasing behavior for this campaign is defined as requesting contact from Sales.


Success Action
An SFDC task is sent indicating an MQL.
