Professional Development sessions are not recorded by default, but the assigned Professional Services Manager may choose to record a paid virtual session.
McGraw Hill will not record in-person sessions. MH will not record any session that reviews or utilizes any student information, regardless if such use was for demonstrative purposes or other. McGraw Hill has no obligation and makes no commitment to provide a recording, and may determine it will provide access to recordings on a case-by-case basis.
Upon request, McGraw Hill may make any recording available for a limited time for access by customer personnel who were absent during the live delivery of the virtual session. McGraw Hill, in its sole discretion, may choose to provide a full or edited recording of the virtual session, a similar substitute session, or access to an existing on-demand session.
Customers must make a written request for access to a recording for viewing by personnel who were unable to attend the live session, and McGraw Hill will review and approve each request independently.
Requests should be submitted via the form on this page, https://info.mheducation.com/training-recording-requests.html. Customer personnel approved to access a recording will be emailed a unique access code or link with instructions on how to access the recording. If users have issues with accessing the recordings, please contact your account manager.
Customer personnel may use recordings only for personal review of the session to aid their learning. Customers and their personnel may not copy, download, or share recordings with others for any reason or in any manner. Unauthorized use of recordings constitutes a violation of the limited license granted by McGraw Hill to view the recording and the McGraw Hill Terms of Use, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
Recordings will be accessible for a period of 2-4 weeks following the grant of access, unless removed sooner within McGraw Hill’s sole discretion. McGraw Hill will inform customers of the expected availability window of the recording.
Customers and attendees of live sessions are not permitted to make their own audio or video recordings of sessions or use transcription software. Unauthorized recording constitutes a violation of the McGraw Hill Terms of Use.
